  Make sure your shipping address is correct. We will return your item to the address you provided here.
• Label Your Parcel
  When you ship us your item for repair/ exchange, please write your Instagram username, email address, or phone number in the parcel so we can identify it.
• Send Us the Tracking Number
  After you ship your item back to us via SF Express, please send us the tracking number through Instagram message or email.
• Processing Time
  • Repair: Usually takes 2–5 weeks. An automated notification will be emailed to you once your item has been shipped.
  • Exchange: Usually takes about 1 week if the item is in stock. An automated notification will be emailed to you once your item has been shipped.
• No Discount code
