Warranty & Repair Policy

All jewellery purchased from our website is covered by a 4-month warranty, effective from the date you receive your item.

During this period, we are pleased to offer complimentary basic repairs for issues deemed repairable, such as:

  • Soldering broken chains
  • Tightening loose gemstones

  • Minor soldering or joint repair

  • Clasp repair or adjustment

Please note that all repairs are subject to assessment, and the determination of whether an item is repairable will be made solely by our team.

Repair that is Not Covered by Warranty

  • Lost stones
  • Major damage from impact or abuse
  • Deep scratches, dents, or bent metal
  • Repairs done by another jeweller
  • Normal wear on soft gemstones (emeralds, opals, pearls)

If a gemstone is lost, the replacement cost of the stone will be the responsibility of the customer.
Ring resizing is not included in the warranty.

Chain downsizing is available where possible, at a cost of $80 per chain during the warranty period.

Repairs After 4 Months

After the initial 4-month warranty period, repair services remain available for a service fee.

  • A 25% discount on repair services is offered during the first year from the purchase date
  • After the first year, repairs will be charged at the standard rate


Estimated Repair Pricing (For Reference Only)

Below are common repair requests and their estimated pricing:

  • Soldering a chain to a jump ring: HK$160 (HK$120 within first year)
  • Soldering a broken chain: HK$200 (HK$150 within first year)
  • Replacing a broken clasp: HK$330–$460 (HK$250–$350 within first year)
  • Resetting loose gemstones (per stone): HK$240 (HK$180 within first year)
  • Strengthening weakened prongs (per prong): HK$240 (HK$180 within first year)
  • Soldering a broken pin on Super-Thin Bangle: HK$240 (HK$180 within first year)
  • Downsizing a chain: HK$110 ($80 within first year)
  • Downsizing a ring: HK$500 ($375 within the first year)
  • Upsizing a ring : price will depend on size needed

  • All prices listed above are estimates only
  • Final pricing is determined case by case, following an inspection of the item
  • We offer a wide range of additional repair services
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges for all repair and exchanges
