Return / Refund / Exchange

Return and refund policies vary for different collections. Please refer to the details below for specific information.

Little grey box

Items can be returned or refunded if they are deemed to be faulty. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will only provide a return or refund if the product exhibits manufacturing defects. Ring sizes can be exchanged if they are not suitable for you. Please inform us within 7 days of receipt.

Antique/Preloved Jewellery

We offer a 7-day return policy for antique jewellery purchased through our website or in-studio.
However, antique jewellery sold to clients through a proxy service, typically featured on our Instagram story for a limited time, are offered as-is without a return option. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Due to the age of most antique pieces, they require careful handling, and it is possible that they may show signs of damage or deterioration. Please be aware of this before making a purchase.
We cannot accept return on rings that have been resized.

Unique pieces

We do not offer returns for unique jewellery purchases. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Bespoke piece

Unless deemed to be defective, we do not offer returns or refunds for our bespoke products, as they are one-of-a-kind and handmade. However, if a bespoke item is considered defective, we can offer a return and refund, or a return and remake of the item. Examples of conditions where a bespoke piece is considered defective include when it is created with different materials or in a different style/elements than agreed upon between the client and us. However, slight variations in shape and dimension of the hand-sculpted part of the item are considered acceptable due to the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

Example condition that a bespoke piece is considered to be defective:
e.g. Item is created with a different material than client and us have agreed on.
e.g. Item is created in a different style/elements than client and us have agreed on.
(Clarify different style : e.g. Pyrite style and Scattered diamond ring style are 2 different styles.
A ring made in Pyrite style with same design elements but created in a slightly different shape / outline to the original design drawing/ picture is not considered a different style)

Example condition that a bespoke piece is not considered to be defective:
e.g. Shape and dimension of the hand sculpted part of the item ( the precious metal part) is slightly different to the shape and dimension client and us have agreed.
(Due to the handmade nature of the product, shape and dimension of the piece might be slightly different to the original design and is considered acceptable)
