The warranty policy differs for each collection. Please review the specific information provided below.

Little grey box:

We do not provide a warranty for Little grey box products.

Antique/Preloved items:

There is no warranty offered for Antique/Preloved items.

Unique pieces/Bespoke jewellery:
We offer a complimentary 12-month warranty for our Unique pieces/Bespoke jewellery. This warranty covers the following:

- Gemstone tightening: If a stone becomes loose, we can tighten it. However, please note that we are unable to replace damaged or lost stones.

- Jewellery reconditioning: If tarnishing occurs, we provide cleaning and repolishing services.

- Clasp replacement: If the clasp is not functioning properly, we will replace it.

- Jump-ring replacement: In the event of a broken jump-ring, we will replace it.

Jewellery Repair

We offer repair services for some of our products. Here are the pricing details for our basic repair services:

Jewellery Reconditioning (Cleaning + Repolishing):

- Yellow gold: HK$300

- White gold: HK$350

- Additional charge of HK$200 for gemstone tightening if loose stones are found after cleaning.

Gemstone Tightening + Jewellery Reconditioning (Cleaning + Repolishing):

- Yellow gold: HK$500

- White gold: HK$550

Ring Resizing:

- Price range: HK$500-$1000 per adjustment

Clasp Replacement:

- Price range: HK$500-$700 per replacement

Chain Replacement:

- Price quoted individually on a case-by-case basis

Please note:

- Any alteration or repair carries a potential risk of damaging the jewellery.

- We offer additional repair services. For more information, please reach out to us.

- We reserve the right to decline repair requests.

- The client is responsible for the delivery costs associated with the repair service.
