  After you ship your item back to us via SF Express, please place your repair & exchange request here & write down your Ig user name / email address / phone number & SF tracking no. of the parcel in "Order Special Instruction" when you check out.
• Correct Address
  Make sure your shipping address and shipping method is correct. We will return your item to the address you provided here and the shipping method you have requested.
• Processing Time
  • Repair: Usually takes 2–5 weeks. An automated notification will be emailed to you once your item has been shipped.
