Each piece comes with a 6-month warranty, which covers damage caused by manufacturing faults only.
If you have purchased our product from one of our stockists please contact them directly for all enquiries. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with any return or repair enquiries for product purchased from external stockists.
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
Please note that orders that have already been handcrafted and/or have been dispatched will not be cancelled.
